features a historic downtown district with unique
shops, restaurants, and historic churches. Located
along the shores of the May River, visitors and

Colleton River is a
1500-acre community that features two top-ranked
golf courses and amazing views of the Colleton

Creek is located just before the bridge
to Hilton Head Island. Moss Creek features an
equestrian center, tennis facilities, a Tom Fazio

Rose Hill
is a private residential community located
on both sides of Hwy. 278. Rose Hill is divided
into two communities, the equestrian estate side

Berkeley
Hall is an
860 acre private golf community featuring two
Tom Fazio courses. This private community also

It
is located on Highway 278, about seven miles
west of Hilton Head Island and nine miles
east of I-95. It is a 24-hour security gate
and access to Berkley Hall and all amenities
