Creek is located just before
the bridge to Hilton Head Island. Moss Creek features an equestrian

Rose Hill is
a private residential community located on both sides of Hwy.
278. Rose Hill is divided into two communities, the equestrian
estate side and the country club side. Amenities include an

is best known for its entrance of live oaks addressing each
sided as you drive through. People say that they feel as

for the significant colonial wading bird rookeries in SC.

Surrounding
the towne village is an old Charleston-style shopping village
within walking distance. It offers upscale dining, supermarkets,

Berkeley Hall
is an 860 acre private golf community featuring
two Tom Fazio courses. This private community also includes

is located on Highway 278, about seven miles west of Hilton
Head Island and nine miles east of I-95. It is a 24-hour
security gate and access to Berkley Hall and all amenities
